Location: Orchard
Luxury Sales Associate (Junior / Senior / Supervisor)
5 days work week including weekends (between 10am to 10pm, up to 44 hours)
MBS / Paragon
We're looking for Junior Associate / Senior Associate / Supervisor
Responsibilities- Actively work towards achieving sales targets using your sales skills and quality service to improve performance.
- Manage all in-store sales activities while maintaining brand image and service standards.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, including product display and inventory management.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Good customer service and 1 to 2 years of retail experience
