Job PurposeSupport the Store Manager in bringing the store to full potential, achieving business results and qualitative objectives.
Responsibilities- Identify training needs in line with business priorities.
- Develop training action plans at store and Client Advisor level.
- Plan and cascade training programs in line with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing: observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Support Store Leadership in team development and driving performance of individual Client Advisors.
- Leverage in‑store training tools: sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best‑practice sharing.
- Collaborate with retail functions (Merchandising, CRM, Events, etc.) to jointly organize and manage specific training activities.
- Perform team gap analysis, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on progress, performance, and training level.
- Ensure effective Client Journey implementation impacting conversion, clienteling, leather smith mindset, zoning, etc.
- Drive in‑store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
- Monitor quality, impact, and retention of training content.
- Ensure the Store Team embraces a self‑learning culture, especially Retail Training Digital Tools (Training APP).
- Lead a culture of in‑store coaching prioritizing Client Advisors according to their needs and focusing on selling skills, client experience, clienteling, styling, brand ambassadorship, and high‑end products.
- Follow‑up with individual shadowing on Store Leadership (coach the coach).
- Ensure regular communication with trainees, giving continuous feedback on progress.
- Manage onboarding journey for new hires by facilitating in‑store induction and partnering with HR.
- Ability to understand business needs and create a related action plan.
- Ability to plan a training calendar aligned with the action plan.
- Ability to drive business results and foster a business mindset.
- Proven shadowing ability on different store roles (Client Advisors and Store Leadership).
- Proven experience in public speaking (content creation is a nice to have).
- Ability to embrace and bring learning innovation into delivery methods, both digital and live.
- Experience in training/learning roles applied to the luxury retail business.
- Ability to relate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
- Client, business and KPI focused.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, structured‑thinker.
- Listening skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to think and work independently.
- High teamwork competency.
- Leads by example.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Prada enthusiast.
- Coaching certification is a plus.
