Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well merchandised and organized
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing new stock
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are visually appealing
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in line with company policy
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive store environment
