Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in a retail environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with basic housekeeping to keep the store clean and organized.
- Handle back-of-house duties including cashiering, item wrapping, organizing, arrange and packing merchandise properly.
- Fold and repackage clothing neatly into original plastic packaging after customers try-ons.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer basic fashion advice to customers when needed.
- Minimum qualification:
O-Level or equivalent. - Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge or interest in fashion/ beauty.
- Able to organize, pack, and handle merchandise with care.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Sales experience is not required, but good customer interaction skills are essential.
- Prior experience in the fashion/beauty or F&B industry.
