• Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday & Tuesday off)
• Working Hours:
  
  Normal days: 11:00am – 9:00pm

• Actively approach customers and introduce the brand and products
• Recommend suitable products and explain features, materials, comfort, and care instructions
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets
• Ensure the counter is neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Manage incoming stock and organise storeroom and counter inventory
• Record daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback
• Share insights on customer preferences, FAQs, competitor activity, and product performance
• Provide feedback on product improvements

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and special event days
