Location: Orchard
Work Location: Orchard
Commission: Additional commission on top of basic salary
Annual Leave: 14 days per year
Working Schedule
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday & Tuesday off)
Weekends: 1-2 Saturdays or Sundays off per month (to be planned in advance)
Working Hours: Normal days: 11:00am - 9:00pm
- Actively approach customers and introduce the brand and products
- Recommend suitable products and explain features, materials, comfort, and care instructions
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets
- Ensure the counter is neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Manage incoming stock and organise storeroom and counter inventory
- Record daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback
- Share insights on customer preferences, FAQs, competitor activity, and product performance
- Provide feedback on product improvements
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and special event days
