Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties accurately
- Replenish stocks, manage merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Support stock-taking, inventory control, and goods receiving
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
- 1–2 years of retail experience preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and a strong team player
