Merchandising Manager, SEA - Lifestyle Fashion​/Town

A leading premium lifestyle fashion brand is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager, SEA to drive merchandising strategy and commercial performance across Southeast Asia. This role plays a key part in shaping regional assortments, optimising inventory, and supporting sustainable business growth while aligning closely with global brand direction.

• Develop and execute regional merchandising strategies aligned with global direction and regional business objectives.
• Lead seasonal buy planning, assortment architecture, and OTB management across SEA markets.
• Analyse sales performance, inventory health, and sell-through to optimise product lifecycle and profitability.
• Drive effective allocation, replenishment, markdown, and end-of-season strategies.
• Partner closely with Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Provide market and competitor insights to enhance assortment relevance and customer experience.
• Support regional expansion initiatives including new store openings.

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience within fashion or premium lifestyle retail, with regional exposure preferred.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with hands‑on experience in assortment planning and inventory management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to balance global brand consistency with local market needs in a fast‑paced environment.
