We are looking for a competitive and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase furniture that meets their needs. The role involves selling, restocking, and merchandising, with the goal of delivering high-quality customer service and driving company growth through sales maximisation.

• Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Recommend and display furniture that best matches customer requirements
• Provide accurate and detailed explanations of furniture features, materials, and usage
• Assist customers throughout the sales process to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Support showroom operations including restocking and visual merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive showroom environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior retail or furniture sales experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Prior experience in an interior design firm, architecture practice, or furnishings supplier is an advantage.
• Working Hours Mon - Sun 11am - 8pm ( 6 off days per month)
