As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and success of a high‑end luxury retail department, with a focus on exceptional merchandising and customer experience.

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers
• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training and support to help them excel
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Extensive experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or high‑end consumer goods industry
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional merchandising and Retail Operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach
• Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making
• Passion for the retail industry and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
