As a Nike Retail Associate, you are the face of NIKE, guiding customers through a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You work with the team to focus on customer service while championing the brand’s culture and values.

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day.
• Make customers feel welcome, ensuring you understand and exceed their fitness and lifestyle needs.
• Play by the rules and remain professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register, manage shipping & receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
• Show up for teammates by attending store events.
