NEBRASKA | Part-Time Cashier; Evenings, Weekends | Gothenburg

Bomgaars is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals with Cashier and Retail experience to work evening and weekend schedules. Positions offer an opportunity to cashier, operate a register, and work in various departments on the sales floor.

• Cashier and retail experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

• Greet and welcome customers
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, debit/credit cards, and checks)
• Sales/Stocking/Recovery
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
• Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls
