Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is opening a new store in DuBois, PA and is looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead the front‑end team and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports.
• Demonstrate Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service, consistently meeting company standards.
• Maintain store standards and programs, ensuring the front‑end, entrance, and exterior of the building are properly maintained.
• Assign daily tasks to Associates and monitor productivity.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store as needed.
• Support hiring, recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years retail management experience with a mid to large‑size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
