Breakfast Server

Dismal River Club Is a destination resort nestled in the Sandhills of Nebraska. We blend rugged wilderness and refined comfort offering two world-class golf courses, guided outdoor adventures and rustic-luxury lodging. Our spacious clubhouse features a full bar and restaurant where guests enjoy elevated hospitality and an exceptional dining experience built around connection and service.

We’re looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Breakfast Server to deliver warm, polished service during our morning meal period. This role is all about setting the tone for our guests' day. Starting with great coffee, delicious food, attentive service, and a calm, welcoming presence, even when the dining room gets busy. Our breakfast service is primarily buffet service with a small four-item a la carte menu.

We are a seasonal business operating from mid
- May through mid
- October.

• Provide attentive breakfast service with a customer-first mindset
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain coffee service (fresh brew, refills, cream/sugar station, etc.)
• Maintain water service and keep tables clean and guest-ready
• Communicate clearly with kitchen to ensure buffet is fully stocked at all times
• Reset and prepare the dining room for next service (polish, roll silverware, condiments, etc.)
• Uphold sanitation, cleanliness, and professional service standards
• Make alcoholic beverages for guests looking for morning beverages (mimosas, Bloody Mary, etc.)

• 1+ year serving experience preferred (breakfast experience a plus)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to move with urgency and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma preferred
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Stand and move throughout shift in a fast-paced environment
• Lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
• Memorize and accurately describe menu items and features

• Pay: $7/hr + tips
• One meal provided per shift
• Unlimited golf privileges (with supervisor permission)
