Job Summary

Quarry Oaks Golf Club is looking for servers to join our team! This position provides exceptional service to guests that dine in the restaurant and banquet facility in accordance with the established menu and food service standards. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Reliable attendance required.

• Provides excellent service in the dining room and banquet facilities with immediate attention given to all guests upon seating.
• Accurately and efficiently completes food and drink orders and service.
• Efficiently pours and refills all beverages including wine, coffee, water, and any other beverages during service.
• Clears soiled dishes as needed.
• Sets up and cleans banquet rooms and dining room according to the banquet event order (BEO).
• Performs banquet set-up tasks as delegated by supervisor or manager.
• Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room.
• Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing soiled linens, bussing glasses, dishes, and silverware, vacuuming, cleaning and resetting the room for the next function.
• Perform additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous food service experience with knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and/or move up items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing demands, and manage multiple tasks.

Candidate is required to meet the above qualifications. Approval of pre‑employment reference, background checks and post‑offer substance testing are required as conditions of employment.
