SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) - Compass Group USA

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Shift Supervisor position located at Peru State College, 600 Hoyt Street, Peru, NE 68421. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Monday‑Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.;
Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Further details upon interview.

Requirements: Supervisory and food‑service experience.

Perks: Willing to train, uniform provided, free shift meal.

Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers' performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
