Team Member 10529 – Dhanani Group Inc (Burger King franchise)

This is a part‑time, entry‑level hospitality team member position at the Burger King franchise operated by Dhanani Group Inc. The role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices, and uses suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, utensils, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive‑Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
• Ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve team goals.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers, and managers.
• Manages tasks effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Is dependable, reliable, and has reliable transportation.
• Possesses good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
