Entry Level Data Analyst​/Research Assistant

[ENTRY LEVEL] DATA ANALYST / RESEARCH ASSISTANT | CONTRACT What You'll Be Doing

As part of our research operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end research projects—from planning and coordination to data validation and visualisation. If you love bringing order to complex datasets, working collaboratively, and using data to tell compelling stories, this role is for you.

• Coordinating research activities and keeping projects on track through different stages.
• Managing vendors and reviewing research materials such as questionnaires and code frames.
• Testing surveys and reviewing data outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Consolidating and preparing datasets from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Creating clear, impactful visualisations using Excel (charts, pivot tables, dashboards) to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Supporting data dashboard improvements through planning and testing.
• Maintaining strong organisational skills and thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Paying great attention to detail and taking pride in data accuracy.
• Being highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.

Minimum Diploma in qualifications and 2–3 years of relevant experience in market research operations, data profiling, or analytics support. Candidates with equivalent experience or transferable skills are welcome to apply.
