Location: Orchard
Changi, Office Hours
Islandwide shuttle bus pick up
Salary: $3,000 – $3,200
Key Responsibilities- Provide QA oversight for repackaging activities to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Review, verify, and approve batch records, repackaging documents, and QA documentation
- Perform quality checks, create inspection lots, and record inspection results in SAP
- Execute usage decisions, stock postings, and product release documentation
- Liaise with Regulatory Pharmacist, clients, and internal stakeholders for timely release
- Support audits, internal training, ad-hoc projects, and quality initiatives
- Perform QA release activities (e.g. cold chain, outbound release) when required
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline or strong knowledge in Quality / Compliance
- Prior Experience in QA or QC within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
- Strong communication skills and high quality awareness
