About the role We're looking for compassionate, reliable RNs to support partner facilities and community settings across Pierce County. You'll step into well-matched assignments (hospital, clinic, long-term care, or home/community health), provide excellent patient care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while we handle scheduling and logistics.

What you'll do

• Deliver RN-scope care: assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and patient/family education
• Coordinate with physicians and allied teams; escalate changes in condition promptly
• Document accurately in EMR (Epic/Cerner/Meditech or facility system)
• Uphold infection prevention, patient safety, and privacy standards
• Support unit flow: admissions, transfers, discharges; precept/coordinate with LPNs/CNAs as assigned
• Specialty tasks as aligned to your background (e.g., tele/step-down monitoring, wound care, oncology protocols, home-health visits/OASIS, LTC/rehab routines)

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license (unencumbered)
• BLS (AHA or ARC) required; ACLS for acute/ED/tele; PALS/NRP/TNCC/NIHSS as applicable to specialty
• 1+ year recent RN experience in your specialty preferred (newer RNs considered for select settings)
• EMR proficiency; strong communication and teamwork
• For community/home assignments: valid WA driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance
• Compliance items per site: immunizations/serologies, TB screening, fit testing, background check, and drug screen

Schedule options

• 3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s; weekend/holiday rotations as needed
• Local float across nearby facilities available if desired
• Per-diem and contract blocks for surge coverage

Compensation and benefits (WA pay transparency)

• Hourly: $45.00-$55.00 DOE/specialty/shift
• Differentials: evenings/nights/weekends and rapid-response as offered by assignment
• Benefits (eligible roles): medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with match; paid sick leave (at least 1 hour per 40 hours worked); WA Paid Family & Medical Leave; credentialing/CE support; referral bonuses; mileage reimbursement for approved community visits
