A healthcare facility in Holdrege, NE, is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN) with stepdown experience for night shifts in a progressive patient care unit (PCU). Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of stepdown or acute care nursing experience
• Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently on night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure coordinated patient care
