An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with critical care experience to provide skilled nursing care in an Intensive Care Unit setting. This contract position is based in Mitchell, Nebraska, offering varied shifts including days and nights to accommodate flexible scheduling preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, recognizing changes and responding appropriately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
