Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with stepdown/unit experience
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar unit
• Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care on the stepdown unit during night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimum patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
