Work location:
Orchard
Working hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat)
Key Responsibilities- Assess and admit patients for endoscopy procedures (i.e., gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP etc.)
- Prepare and set up endoscopes and required OT equipment.
- Assist the endoscopist during procedures and monitor patient safety, including those under sedation.
- Clean, disinfect, and reprocess endoscopes, procedure rooms and other equipment according to infection‑control standards.
- Min. Diploma in Nursing or Specialist Diploma in Endoscopy Nursing
- Valid SNB registration for Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse practice
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience in operating theatre (OT) nursing duties (preferably in endoscopy suite or day surgery environment)
- Knowledge of endoscopy procedures, techniques, and common complications.
- Able to speak in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese‑speaking patients on a daily basis
