Independent Practice | Variety of Cases | 8-Hour Day Shifts | Call 1:4 | EPIC EMR

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  for an  independent practice  locum tenens assignment in  southwestern Nebraska .

This opportunity offers diverse case exposure, a balanced weekday schedule, and long-term, ongoing contract for one week per month — all in a supportive, autonomy-driven community hospital environment.

Assignment Details

Location:

McCook, Nebraska

Start Date:

As soon as credentialed

Schedule:

8-hour day shifts | Monday–Friday

Scheduling Need:  1 Week per Month

Call:  1:4 pager call | Minimal call-backs

Practice Model:  Independent CRNA practice

EMR:  EPIC

Case Mix

Perform a broad range of procedures including:

General Surgery

Orthopedics

Obstetrics (including epidurals & spinals)

GYN

Pediatrics

Urology

Dental cases

CRNAs manage all anesthesia services autonomously, performing  blocks, spinals, and epidurals  as clinically appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

Licensure:  Active and unrestricted Nebraska APRN license (or compact eligible)

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NBCRNA required

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience in a full-scope, independent setting preferred

Skills:

Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques and independent case management
