Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (Office Hours)

We are looking for dedicated nurses either one of these backgrounds from Clinic/AU/IR to join our growing team! • Assist clinic administration, patient consultation and clinical procedures.
• Perform patient registration for all patients by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories.
• Update and verify patient information at each visit and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer phone calls and enquiries courteously and promptly.
• Assist and direct patient and visitor to examination rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
• Inform patients of delays and waiting times. Assist with consultation and clinic procedures.
• Assist dispensary of medications and supplies.

• Provide radiology and perioperative nursing care.
• Assist radiologist and surgeons during radiological procedures and operations.
• Monitor and assess patient pre‑, intra‑ and post‑procedures.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary caregivers in providing safe, efficient patient care.
• Prepare patient for MRI procedure and cannulate for scan.
• Follow up with specimen result and charges.
• Guide and train new nurses.
• Maintain good inventory of medication and stock.

• Assess patient pre‑operatively and complete patient safety check prior to procedure.
• Check availability of supplies and anesthetic drugs.
• Assist the anesthetist with anesthetic procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeon or anesthetist to ensure smooth running of surgery list.
• Perform anesthesia nursing care under supervision of surgeon in the absence of anesthetist.
• Assist in other nursing duties such as circulating and monitoring of post‑operative patients.

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
• BCLS & AED Certified.
• Advanced diploma or degree in nursing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse; nurses with more experience will be considered for Senior Staff Nurse positions.
