Responsibilities & Benefits

In this travel L&D RN role, you’ll manage intrapartum care from admission through delivery and postpartum support, including fetal monitoring, labor progress assessment, pain management coordination, and rapid obstetric response in collaboration with physicians and the broader care team. You’ll provide patient education, build trust with families, and advocate for safe and dignified births. You’ll have opportunities to lead process improvements, participate in quality initiatives, and deepen specialties such as high‑risk OB navigation, neonatal stabilization support, and lactation coordination in partnership with neonatal and maternal fetal medicine teams.

The position offers competitive compensation with a weekly pay rate in the range of $2,272 to $2,430, plus a comprehensive bonus structure, recognizing performance, reliability, and clinical leadership. Housing assistance is available to ease relocation and daily life on assignment, and there are extension opportunities if you enjoy your placement and the team environment.
