We are looking for a new Director of Nursing to administer and lead the operations of the nursing department to ensure the smooth flow of patient care in day-to-day operations.

Full Time Position;
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

• Supervise and manage all nursing personnel such as registered nurses and LPN.
• Set goals and performance standards for the nursing department employees.
• Manage and collaborate on admission, patient care, and nursing processes.
• Manage financing and budgeting and oversee expenses.
• Solve problems and other health concerns when required such as during shortages or emergencies.
• Craft and impose policies with the goal of matching laws and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and personnel to seamlessly ensure the smooth flow of operations.
• Respond and report to senior management.
• Administer and ensure accurate processes for data creation and storage.
• Keep patient data and medical information confidential.
• Develop a business plan and budget for the nursing unit.

• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Medical degree and nurse certification
• Deep knowledge of hospital and nursing processes as well as patient care
• Experience in financial management
• Good understanding of health regulations and laws
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
• Powerful organizational and time management skills
