Good Samaritan is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high quality care in our Long-Term Care facility located at 1710 Idaho St, Superior, NE.

Salary Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents and families, multidisciplinary teams, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency in full scope of nursing practice, caring for residents in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment. Serves as charge nurse when needed, delegates appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensures safe and reliable resident care.

- Premium Pay Rates: $5.00/hour on all hours worked
- $1.25/hour weekend shift differential
- $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Experience:
6 months preferred, 3 months required
- Minimum of 30 hours per month
- One weekend shift per month
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age. Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
