Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Red Cloud, Nebraska. This is a great opportunity for travel nurses or Nebraska-based professionals seeking a meaningful role in a small, close-knit healthcare setting.
Position OverviewAs an RN in Red Cloud, you’ll deliver essential care in a rural hospital or long-term care environment, supporting patients across various needs—from med-surg to swing bed. This is an ideal role for adaptable, well-rounded nurses who value patient connection and variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assessments, create and follow care plans
Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document accurately
Respond to acute changes in condition and assist in emergencies
Communicate with providers and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on care, medications, and recovery plans
Qualifications:Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
1+ year of experience in med-surg, acute, or long-term care
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfort working independently in rural or critical access settings
