Lead, train and build a team of Education Consultants, responsible for meeting quarterly recruitment targets.

Plan, direct and supervise a team of Designer(s) and/or Videographer(s) of all content production for internal and external communications.

Develop engaging marketing campaigns to attract aspiring learners and offer educational options to attain relevant and current qualifications and skill set for the industry.

Manage marketing events, e.g. school visit, Open House, workshop, education fair, etc.

Responsible for healthy recruitment for each program from certificate to post-graduate level, attracting both local and international applicants.

Analyze, track, optimize and report campaign performance across all channels.

Champion best practices and stay abreast of trends on key online marketing channels.

Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.

Develop and maintain a strong brand presence within the education community locally and regionally.

Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Proven track record in developing effective marketing campaigns that meet marketing and sales objectives.

Experience in internet marketing.

Good business contacts.

Very strong written and verbal English skills.

A sound understanding of social media and content trends/ developments.
