Location: Orchard
Marketing Assistant (Advertising and Promotions) / Entry level / Orchard / $3000
Plan, coordinate, and execute department store promotions, layouts, and festive campaigns.
Develop monthly calendars, prepare event decks, and manage major sales events (CNY, Christmas, Black Friday, etc).
Liaise with merchandising, suppliers, and third parties on deals, visual merchandising, CSR, and partnerships.
Coordinate with advertising/digital teams, monitor timelines, prepare reports, manage licences, gift counters, and customer enquiries.
Conduct daily floor checks and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and Power Point
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage time well
- Strong communication and coordination skills
