Location: Orchard

This is a hands‑on position that requires you to be a creative storyteller, self‑driven, result‑oriented individual with a strong interest in and aptitude for mobility. You should be proactive and able to articulate complex value propositions in a persuasive and engaging manner. You are an effective communicator who is self‑assured and capable of delivering presentations. You must be skilled in both writing and visual communication.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Developing strategies and executing marketing campaigns across channels in order to reach and acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and build brand credibility.

Identify trends and insights in order to optimise our growth strategies and processes.

Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and maintaining a best practices inventory.

Execute Group‑level campaigns and initiatives, such as the creation of materials, presentations, and other marketing communications for ATL, BTL, OOH, digital campaigns, and events.

BRAND MANAGEMENT

Lead, motivate, and direct internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth day‑to‑day operation, and all marketing and communications initiatives carried out across the organization are consistent with the brand.

Managing and negotiating contracts with a vendor panel.

CONTENT MARKETING

Design content marketing strategies and undertake content marketing initiatives to distinguish Goldbell from the competition in order to positively influence brand preference, grow our social media presence across all digital channels and build our community.

Develop editorial calendar, content inventories, reporting and deliver compelling and engaging content on a regular basis.

Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to document success stories and develop best practices.

Writing, edit, proofread and optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics.

Responsible for keeping the corporate websites accurate and up‑to‑date. Constantly review & analyse web traffic metrics to optimise user experience, ensuring that all content is on‑brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice; optimised for search and customer experience across all channels of content.

Execution of group‑level campaigns across multi‑channels (i.e. online, social media, offline, OOH, events, product launches, exhibitions, social media, etc).

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields, with at least 5‑7 years of experience in marketing & communications role; experience in mobility is preferred.

SKILLS

Possess good command of spoken and written English for copywriting and presentation.

Hands‑on experience in lead generation, content creation, SEO/SEM, website content management, web traffic metrics and analytics.

Digitally proficient. Capable of writing, interpreting, and editing basic HTML/CSS scripts, as well as working with marketing technologies such as Google Adwords, Linked In Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Google Data Studio, Word Press, etc.

Basic design skills, including knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/GIMP/Canva/Adobe Illustrator or a similar program.

A good storyteller with an editorial mindset with the ability to anticipate audience preferences. Creativity and the ability to generate innovative and original campaign ideas as well as compelling messages are required.

A savvy communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to lead, inspire and manage internal and external stakeholders.

In‑depth knowledge of digital and social media advertising. Analytical, performance‑driven, data‑driven, and strong research skills are required.

A problem solver with excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Self‑motivated, quick learner, high initiative, and ability to work in a team as well as independently when necessary.
