Location: Orchard
Job Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of operational improvement programs across the plant
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Work with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance
- Identify operational issues and drive improvement projects to address them
- Promote good workplace organization and visual management practices across production, warehouse and lab areas
- Support safety initiatives and ensure improvement activities align with plant safety standards
- Improve logistics and warehouse processes including material flow and storage practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts
- Guide and support teams in problem-solving and improvement activities
- Monitor performance indicators and report progress to management
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environment preferred
