Entry Level Technician | 3-4 Days work Week |Up to $2500 + Allowances | West | Night Shift

Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,500

We are seeking Technical Services Technicians to support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and product quality. This role is suitable for those keen to build strong technical and maintenance capabilities in a controlled manufacturing environment.

• Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production targets and schedules
• Perform equipment troubleshooting to support production and quality standards
• Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance
• Support workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure smooth operation of production equipment in a controlled environment

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics preferred)
• Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating night shifts and OT when required
• Able to lift 15kg
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom / controlled environment

• 12-hour shift pattern: 4-3-3-4 / 4-3-4-3 work-rest cycle

• Stable full-time position
• Structured shift system with predictable rest days
• Hands-on exposure to industrial equipment and preventive maintenance
