As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Duties include:

• Stacking plastic/vinyl fencing materials

• Cutting plastic/vinyl fence components

• Monitoring production lines and ensuring proper water levels

• General labor tasks to support production

• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

• Standing, lifting, and bending for 12-hour shifts

• Physical, hands-on work environment

• Steel-toed boots required

• A strong emphasis on attendance and reliability

• Dependable team players with excellent attendance

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule

• Comfortable performing physical labor
