Job Title: Quality Test Technician
Location: Holdrege, NE 68949
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour to start (increase after hire)
Shift: 1st;
Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM with overtime on Fridays

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Test Technician to join our manufacturing team in Holdrege, NE. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Quality Test Technician, you will monitor assembly processes, audit finished products and ensure that our products meet established quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor adherence to quality standards and recommend process improvements

• Conduct daily audits of finished products

• Investigate assembly defects and initiate corrective actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-reported quality issues

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED

• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Understanding of LEAN principles for continuous improvement

• Fluent in English (and primary language used locally, if applicable)

• Steel-toed boots required

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move light materials; rarely lift 25–50 pounds (11–27 kg)

• Ability to push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl or reach during an 8–12 hour shift

• Generally good working conditions
