AGI Falls City is a world-class manufacturer of air management equipment specializing in the design of custom solutions for a wide range of industries. AGI Falls City makes dependable centrifugal and axial fans, ducting, transitions and other sheet metal and aeration products. Our aeration systems are custom built for each installation to provide optimum storage conditions for farm bins and major terminals.

AGI Falls City products help companies meet OSHA, EPA and other clean air guidelines.

We are actively seeking a painter for the manufacturing floor to set up, operate, or tend machines to coat or paint manufactured sheet metal products with paint, epoxy, or rust-proofing materials using a wide variety of colors.

• Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Wash & prepare product before the painting process. Preparation may include, Sand blasting,
• Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections, or by using
• Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to
• Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products with such materials as paint, epoxy, rust
• Turn dials, hand wheels, valves, or switches to regulate air pressure and circulation, and the flow or
• Clean machines, related equipment, and work areas, using water, solvents and other cleaning aids.
• Attach hoses or nozzles to machines, using wrenches and make adjustments to obtain the proper
• Place items or products on feed racks, spindles, or reel strands to coat, paint, or spray them, using hands, hoists, or truck lifts.
• Mark and/or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required.

• High School Diploma
• One to two years related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Computer literate
• Microsoft Office
