Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

The Sensus Manufacturing Quality Supervisor leads all quality assurance operations at our DuBois, PA facility, overseeing and developing a team of 7–9 Quality Technicians. This role drives rigorous quality standards, builds accountability, and champions a culture of continuous improvement..

The Supervisor develops, implements, and maintains quality control processes and procedures
, ensuring full compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations
. This position leads regular audits, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
, leveraging quality data and metrics to identify trends, reduce risk, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

• Manufacturing quality experience
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) principles focus on a systematic, blame-free investigation to find underlying causes
• People leadership experience
• (Preferred) bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field with at least 4 years experience, with at least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 plus a 7.5% annual bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
