We are looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety‑minded company and all safety policies must be followed.

• Load and unload grain commodities.
• Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals.
• Load railcars at certain facilities as required.
• Operate heavy equipment if certified.

• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina required for outdoor work.
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
