Basic Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 + Store Incentives + Bonus

10am to 8pm with 2.5 hours of break

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all spa operations, stepping in for the Spa Director when needed.

Ensure employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties.

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment within budget limits.

Assist in financial management, including understanding budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the spa and related areas.

Contribute to achieving or exceeding departmental financial and operational goals.

Lead by example to ensure exceptional guest service.

Interact with guests to obtain feedback on services and products.

Handle guest complaints effectively and empower staff to resolve issues.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff to enhance service performance.

Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and orientation for new hires.

Foster an open, collaborative, and positive work environment.

Participate in employee performance management, including progressive discipline as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and standard HR procedures.
