Spa/Wellness Centre Manager (Premium Brand) - Basic + profit percentage

Basic salary from $6000 to $7000 + profit commissions

Commissions applicable based on store sales amount

Job Description:

Oversee the full daily operations of the spa and wellness centre

Lead, supervise, and train service teams including therapists, front desk, and support staff

Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest experience across all touchpoints

Manage reservations, service flow, locker and treatment areas, and overall outlet presentation

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep

Monitor operational costs, manpower planning, and inventory within approved budgets

Review performance reports and support management in achieving sustainable financial targets

Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and proactively

Establish clear service standards, SOPs, and performance expectations for the team

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development

Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work culture focused on long-term retention

Step in to cover senior operational responsibilities when required

Job requirement:

Must have proven managerial experience in a high-end spa or wellness centre
