The Medispa Manager is responsible for the commercial performance and daily operations. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on operational management to ensure exceptional patient experience, compliance, and sustainable revenue growth. This role partners closely with physician leadership and executive management to support high‑quality client care.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Handle escalated patient feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, answering enquiries and service delivery
• Ensure operational efficiency and smooth coordination
• Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent service standards
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Manage clinic budgeting and cost control initiatives
• Oversee procurement and inventory of supplies and products
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic equipment
• Train and supervise team members
• Monitor clinic KPIs and performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to improve performance
• Implement retention and referral strategies to grow the patient base
• Foster a positive, patient‑centric, and performance‑driven culture

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a medical aesthetic clinic, spa, or premium beauty salon
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Proficient in hands on treatment eg hydrafacial and slimming machines
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
