This role is about leading one branch well—supporting builder and contractor customers, developing your team, and driving steady and profitable growth.

• Strong understanding of residential construction practices

• At least 5 years into your LBM or building products career with sales and management experience

• Management or team leadership experience in a retail, yard, or contractor-facing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and work through takeoffs and estimates
• Experience managing contractor accounts and projects from start to finish
• Past success sales in the lumber, building materials, or building products industry
• Experience selling windows, doors, siding, decking is highly preferred

• Lead a 5-person team and set daily direction for focus and execution
• Oversee daily operations—inventory, orders, yard flow, and project coordination
• Take care of existing builder and contractor customers while developing new relationships in the market
• Ensure the branch is on track to meet its sales and operational targets
• Work closely with senior leadership and contribute ideas that strengthen the business as a whole as well as your branch
