Mentor and develop Store Managers, focusing on performance management and leadership succession planning.
Collaborate with management on recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge and operational procedures.
Optimize manpower deployment and maintain cost discipline while ensuring top‑notch service levels.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock management through comprehensive control processes.
Maintain store conditions and manage repairs, escalating issues when necessary to preserve customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer insights and merchandise performance to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Support the execution of in‑store campaigns and promotional strategies, tracking results for continuous improvement.
Prepare consolidated reports for Senior Operations Management, highlighting insights and required support for operational needs.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with substantial leadership exposure as a multi-store manager.
- Proven ability to enhance sales and key performance indicators through structured plans and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and develop actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in coaching teams and managing performance effectively.
- Solid operational knowledge in areas like inventory control, compliance, and audit processes.
- A customer‑oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to relay information clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Availability for frequent store visits and flexibility to support peak periods or occasional weekend needs.
- Proficient in retail reporting tools, including Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and analysis.
