We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Managers to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives are met. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project communication, including status updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder briefings.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and elevate issues as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project risks, issues, and conflicts.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in Singapore Government projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
