Job Description
- Partner Divisions in the management of grants to ensure adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure
- Attend Divisions' enquiries relating to grant management processes
- Review processes and suggest improvements to strengthen grant governance and mitigate risks
- Partner Divisions in performing independent risk assessment and compliance function of existing and new programmes
- Review grant and risk governance policies to ensure they stay relevant in tandem with AIC's grant/operating landscape
- Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
- Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
- Partner Divisions in audit process and monitor and validate action plans to closure and assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics with relevant experience in audit and financial compliance
- Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative
- Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and adaptable to changes and able to multi-task
- Knowledge of data analytical tools such as RPA, IDEA Caseware, C-programming, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage
