As an Executive, Facilities (Project), you’ll ensures smooth, safe, and cost‑efficient operations of all facilities through proactive maintenance, project coordination, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and repair works
- Conduct inspections and ensure our buildings remain safe, functional and compliant
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and Managing Agents for all maintenance and project works
- Track budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure cost‑effective execution
- Support tender processes, vendor sourcing and contract management
- Manage building licences, renewals and regulatory requirements
- Drive consistency and best practices across all centres
- Support WSH compliance and liaise with MOM on related matters
- Track and monitor details of monthly facilities and progress report from Managing Agent
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services
, Real Estate Management
, Engineering
, Facilities Management (or equivalent) - Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience
