What You’ll Do Lead with PurposeBe the heartbeat of the studio, the leader who inspires, mentors, and brings the team together. You’ll cultivate a supportive, fun, and performance-driven culture that makes every shift enjoyable and meaningful.
Create an Exceptional Member ExperienceWelcome every member with warmth, confidence, and genuine care.
Build strong relationships and ensure every visit feels personal and positive.
Handle inquiries and feedback with grace, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
Ensure smooth check-ins, smooth class transitions, and a seamless experience throughout the day.
Keep the studio spotless, organised, and ready for classes at all times.
Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness checks, and overall operational excellence.
Lead your team to achieve package, and retail sales goals.
Motivate and coach the team to improve conversion rates and deliver meaningful milestones.
Understand studio performance and identify growth opportunities.
Plan rosters to ensure strong coverage across all operating hours.
Train, support, and guide the front-of-house team to deliver consistent service.
Encourage open communication and keep team morale high.
Oversee inventory of retail merchandise, consumables, and equipment.
Ensure stock levels are always sufficient and well-presented.

You have experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, customer service, or operations (supervisory experience is a plus).
