Senior Executive/ Asst Manager, Property Operations

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain building fabric and execute timely rectification works
  • Oversee service provider’s performance across common areas and operational spaces
  • Support waste management operations and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA guidelines
  • Respond to and manage drainage, plumbing, sump pump, choke and water ingress incidents
  • Administer workplace safety practices, including ad-hoc Permit-to-Work (PTW) approvals
  • Assist in Fire Safety preparedness, evacuation readiness and emergency procedures as part of BCM/BCP
  • Monitor BMS/EMS data for escalators, lifts, ACMV, and utilities, and elevate abnormalities
  • Support insurance-related case management such as slips, falls, minor injuries and public incidents
  • Compile documentation for insurers including reports, logs, photos, statements and cost records
  • Coordinate space reinstatement, post-hire turnover and unit readiness for new tenants
  • Manage daily work orders and liaise with contractors for scheduling and work execution
  • Maintain compliance with NEA, BCA, PUB, SCDF, SFA, WSH requirements
  • Maintain digital logs, operational reports, dashboards and service performance records
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Real Estate or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in property or facility operations, preferably in malls or commercial buildings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to multitask, prioritize operational demands, and respond to site issues promptly
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
